Functional, disappointed re food options on site for evening meal

Nous regrettons sincèrement que l’offre de restauration sur place pour le dîner ait été en deçà de vos attentes, en particulier lors de la fermeture du restaurant le dimanche. Les horaires de fermeture sont indiqués sur notre site internet, et lorsque notre restaurant Le 36 n’est pas ouvert, notre équipe reste à votre disposition pour vous orienter vers les meilleures adresses des environs. Sachez également que notre établissement s’engage à proposer, dans la continuité de notre marque Brit Hôtel, une cuisine élaborée à partir de produits frais issus de producteurs locaux, garantissant ainsi qualité et authenticité lors de ses ouvertures.
Nous prenons également note de vos remarques concernant l’accueil et la communication à la réception. Notre équipe fait tout son possible pour accompagner chaque visiteur avec professionnalisme, et nous continuerons de porter une attention particulière à l’amélioration de l’expérience de nos clients internationaux.

It would have been welcomed to have been notified that the booking of 4 nights included a public holiday.(May 1st). Also that on the first night (which was the night of the public holiday) the restaurant was closed, and as such the bar was closed. This was also the case on the following 3 days. As a result all meals with the exception of breakfasts had to be taken in other restaurants. Had we been aware of the public holiday weekend we would have made other arrangements.
